Weather Woes

It's that time of the year again when nobody really knows what to wear. I mean during winter and summer its simple, but coming spring, it gets tricky. to make it even more complicated, everyone has to follow trends. what's in right now, i believe are bohemian skirts and shoe wedges, but how do u wear those things when you wake up in the cold cold morning?

anyway, since i had a 9am this morning and it was freezing outside, i decided to wear a thick jacket, jeans and boots, u know, regular winter gear. went for class, went to the library and by the time i got outta uni (which was about 12), i realised that maybe the thick jacket was too much for that time of the day, it had gotten unbelievably sunny and everyone else was wearing a light jacket/blazer/jumper. i even saw a girl in a mini skirt.

i just felt incredibly stupid all bulked up like that.

yes, i realise i'm being extremely self conscious but that's me la. i succumb to peer pressure AND i'm a friggin girl, i'm allowed to feel awkward and out of place when i dont think i fit in. so anyway, how DOES one appropriately dress up for weather like this?

ah, one of the many unique problems us melbournians face. friggin 'four seasons in a day' weather.
