i take it back. arnie probably can't do a worse job than Bush is doing now. people dying in New Orleans and he's busy looking for oil in Afghanistan. all he can do is sit well fed in a comfortable chair and assure a reporter that there's LOTS of food and water being shipped out and give excuses like 'oh we didnt know the dams were gonna break.'
